General Disclaimer
SuperStartUps 2026 ("the Programme") is operated by NFX Digital and powered by Aletheia AI (aletheiaai.in). By applying to or participating in the Programme, you agree to the terms set out on this page.
The Programme is designed for educational, networking, and competitive purposes only. Nothing in the Programme — including evaluations, reports, scores, feedback, investor introductions, or mentor sessions — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advisory service.
SuperStartUps and Aletheia AI make no guarantees regarding fundraising outcomes, investment decisions, business success, or the accuracy or completeness of any evaluation or report generated through the Programme.
Pitch Deck Confidentiality
Your pitch deck, business plan, financial projections, product details, and any other materials you submit as part of your application ("Submitted Materials") are treated with strict confidentiality.
Submitted Materials are used solely for the purpose of AI-powered evaluation by Aletheia AI.
Submitted Materials are never shared with third parties, investors, sponsors, or other applicants without your explicit written consent.
Evaluation reports generated from your Submitted Materials are accessible only to you through your Aletheia AI account.
PDF files uploaded for evaluation are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing.
If you consent to the Bollywood Roast feature, your deck will be processed by the Aletheia AI Roast Engine. The resulting roast — which is a creative, AI-generated critique — may be displayed on the public Aletheia AI Roast Wall and leaderboard. Your personal identifying information (name, email, company name) is not displayed publicly without your consent.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
By submitting your application to SuperStartUps 2026, you and NFX Digital / Aletheia AI enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement with the following terms:
We will not disclose your Submitted Materials to any third party without your consent.
We will not use your Submitted Materials for any purpose other than Programme evaluation and your personal Aletheia AI account features.
Council members, mentors, and judges who review applications are bound by confidentiality obligations before accessing any materials.
We will notify you promptly if we become aware of any unauthorised disclosure of your materials.
You will not disclose information shared by SuperStartUps, Aletheia AI, or other Programme participants that is marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.
You represent that your Submitted Materials do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
You represent that you are authorised to submit the materials on behalf of your company or venture.
This NDA does not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known through no breach of this agreement; (b) was already known to us before you disclosed it; (c) is independently developed by us without reference to your materials; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law or court order.
AI Evaluation Disclaimer
The evaluation reports, scores, ratings, and feedback generated by Aletheia AI are produced by an artificial intelligence model and are for informational purposes only.
AI-generated evaluations reflect patterns in training data and may not accurately represent the views of investors, industry experts, or the SuperStartUps council.
A high score or positive evaluation does not constitute a recommendation to invest or an endorsement of your business.
A low score or critical evaluation does not constitute advice to cease operations or abandon your venture.
You should seek independent professional advice before making any material business or financial decision based on an Aletheia AI report.
Bollywood Roast — Specific Terms
The Bollywood Roast feature is an optional, creative entertainment feature that generates humorous, AI-written critiques of startup pitch decks using fictional Bollywood persona voices.
Participation is entirely voluntary and requires explicit consent via a confirmation link sent to your registered email.
Roast content is AI-generated satire and does not represent the views of SuperStartUps, Aletheia AI, or any real person.
Roast results may be published on the public Aletheia AI Roast Wall. Your company name may appear alongside the roast — your personal email is never displayed.
You may request removal of your roast from the public wall by writing to startupsbharat@nfxdigital.com.
Monthly roast selection (20% of consenting founders each month) is automated and first-come-first-served. We cannot guarantee selection in any specific month.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all intellectual property in your Submitted Materials. By submitting, you grant SuperStartUps and Aletheia AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your materials solely for the purposes of Programme evaluation and your account features.
This licence does not permit us to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit your materials in any form.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SuperStartUps and Aletheia AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Programme, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or missed investment opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your participation shall not exceed the amount you paid to participate (which is zero, as the Programme is free to apply).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from participation in the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
